Amazon Success - $300 Day Yesterday

well I can only give you my opinion - and you got to take that for what its worth.

Google wants you to give searchers quality original content and solve their questions without spamming them to death.

So if your site has images / videos / reviews / articles -- looks good and doesn't have a tonne of ads all over the place - seems to me that's going to work ok....

As tonnes of companies have sites that sell products and some of those have none of the above -- just the company name and products / description.

Anyway I think if you do everything you can - then you should be good for the long run .... if you build 100% autoblogs then obviously your running a much larger risk.

(Make sure your affiliate links are nofollow.)

I also got a question today - can I rank a site with UD? - the answer is yes .. but I always throw in a variety of links as I have said through the thread ..... it's like if you buy Scrapebox sure it's useful but it cannot be the only thing you do.

Seo can be expensive ------ Scrapebox / Ultimate Demon (Magic Submitter/SeNuke) / Document Robot / Captcha Sniper / Captchas / Proxies / VPS - buy some email accounts and even some YouTube accounts -- as well as a subscription to something like animoto to create videos ........ then buy some .edu links say

the good thing is once you own them the monthly costs are minimal.... and your income should cover them.

If you don't have the money to buy these things perhaps do CPA / Content Locking first to make some money - or get a part time job -- then start with Amazon... otherwise getting good rankings will be slower - and obviously you will have lower sales.

Lastly you really do need a Host / Wordpress and not just use BlogSpot -- the reason is over the long run BlogSpot underperforms WP by a long way and instead of making $1000 a month you will get stuck at $200-$300. I used to do Content Locking with Blogspot and made 100-200 Blogspots but it's just not worth it -- 20 properly done WP sites will make more - and it's less work.

Good Luck

I also should add whether it's UD / MS or SeNuke -- you can't just rely on the sites included with the software - you have to scrape more with Scrapebox and add them -- and this is a constant process each month - to get the most out of what they can do.

To do that you create 2 txt files .... 1 with keywords 1 with footprints ... click import - import from file -- keywords txt -- next click the M right under harvester and add the footprints txt ... add proxies and scrape -- then filter the results and add to the software.

Anyway that's it from me today - got a busy day ahead -- good hunting.

Following your thread, then i was given this great keyword by a member here, bought the domain, order 3x300 articles on the keyword, but just today, i was served a C&D letter by some company claiming it is a trademark. So am getting started all over again.

Damn. Did you manage to try and sell the domain to them? Waste of money if you registered a new domain and got slapped with C&D.

well just be more careful - doesn't make sense to go through that.

I just wanted to say one thing about some of the PM's I'm getting.

I'm not choosing your domain, keywords, building you a site, picking a niche for you or explaining from A-Z how to Seo a website.

If you want to be successful at this you have to take responsibility and take some action.

Read the thread - try some things ... make it work for you.

Amazon is making 50 billion worth of sales a year - this is not going to get saturated -- it's up to you to figure
out how much you want to make.

I'm sure most of you understand where this post is coming from... good luck.

Awesome work and hard work does pay off. But did you think of integrating the social market if you need software please let me know and I will be happy to help with that.

an EMD, one $5 article, a contact page, privacy page and nice(ish) theme is enough to do the job.

If it's a product EMD, all you need is one aladdin project from backlinks genie, or one senuke run (done properly) powered up by a second tier of pure spam.

This is for newer products of course (one that don't have 5 year old, pr 4 pages on amazon). I easily rank #2 for many terms, beating amazon, but in 2012 Google is getting very good at knowing "official" sites, and it seems more work than it's worth to pinch the #1 spot.

i have another question, sorry if this has already been covered but i was wondering: are your sites only targeting one country? I was reading recently (not here) about an app that automatically redirects buyers from any country to their local amazon store.. You have to sign up with all the affiliate programs individually but it seems like it would be a profitable thing to do if you're already getting good traffic.. any thoughts on this?

* really not into Social Marketing - hard to concentrate on that when building sites and doing seo as well -- maybe later on

* if you think building a 1 article site is going to keep you ranked on Page 1 for the next 2+ years then I got a Bridge to sell too you - that's one update away from never being seen again (just my opinion)

* we have gone over the various countries affiliate codes - the issue I see is that different countries don't stock the same items here - or their codes are different -- so yup you could go spend money get something coded up and join all the programs and see how it goes -- just for me I'm more focused on making the best sites I can and getting the best rankings I can and having USA traffic.

Target market really depends on the product, but the biggest market (overall) for Amazon (as far as I'm aware) is the USA. If you get visitors from other countries then you can get free WP plugins that create product links that are localized to the users version of Amazon.
Here's 2 examples:
Code:

thanks Danny1

I think you see - it's up to you guys to figure out how you want to do it - my way is one way and there are so many options to this -- also you got to remember I am busy with what I am doing now -- so I can't incorporate new things at the moment.

good luck today.

Hey Danny,

I want to start my first Amazon site, my question is:

I want to start with one site at first, like you've said. Is a domain, a WP-site with a premium theme and some good articles and reviews enough and of course doing some seo to get traffic to the page?
And could i steal reviews and articles from other pages and rewrite them?
As soon as iam getting money from that one page, i will build more sites and improve everything.

And could you say me pls how much time you invest in this IM per day and how much do i have to invest to build up a good amazon site?
I thought it would be enough at first to have a good hosting/domain, a WP-Site with premium theme and then SEO, like i've mentionted above, right?

And thanks for the tips and great support, you're a great man;)

No, i didn't bother to sell the domain, will just keep the domain until it expired.

time depends on what software you have -- and how much you like the sites.

I spend most of my time on 2 sites and less on the rest.

Also depends how much money your making - the more you make the more you can justify spending on them - if they aren't making money you gotta change something - or do more Seo... or find a new niche... you will know this by the end of month 3.

Each case is different hard to give just one answer for this.

the whole thread is about selling with Amazon Affiliate Program .. if your interested great but if not please don't clog up our thread.. thanks.
