Hmm, not trying to be a hater, but the most common post-penguin mistake is spinning stuff too much, rather than actually submitting different articles to different web2.0s etc. The new way really is mashing +spinning... not spinning.

Having all your tier one the same but "spun" is a bad idea. I actually have proof this will kill websites because one of my Indian outsourcers was a damn fool and used the same spun article to promote my site, killed it dead. I hope it's not just one article you have at the top, just spun a bunch of times?

Sorry, gotta look out for other people ya know.

We are doing it completely in different way. That is why our service is penguin and panda safe.
What we do is, first we are scraping about 70 articles related to the clients niche. and then mixed 2 articles (mixing sentences and paragraphs) to make one article of more than 400 words and then we spin it with top spining softwares. And then we take another 2 articles and mixed it to make another article and spin it. In this way we got 30 high quality spun articles which are unique above 90%. We did not take only one article and keep spining it. Instead for each web 2.0 property will used 2 different articles, mixed and spin them to make 1 article.
