I created my first website following the google sniper method and SEO'd it quite successfully driving 130 visits / day, but I am still not getting any sales on that ebook.

Its been a week now and no one buys anything.

My bounce rate is 60-70% (not sure if that's good).

Also 70% of my visitors are on mobile (maybe thats why they are less inclined to use cc?)

I know its hard to give suggestions, but anything you can recommend?

A bounce rate of 60-70% is bad. That means 6/10 people that come, leave almost instantly.

And its bad that 70% is from mobile. You know how hard it is to order something with mobile phone ? Hard enough

70% mobile ? those won't convert. Or are you buying things off your phone from a website? I guess not.

Depends on what you are seling a conversion rate between 1-3 % isnt anything unusual. A customer of mine has a shop with around 600 targeted visits/day and only 3-9 sales a day f.e.

Who pays for Ebooks these days? They have too much bad press now for being a waste of money.

Maybe your site doesn't look trustworthy?

Post a link.

There's No sense in saying that mobile traffic isn't converting......
google says 60% or something targeted mobile traffic converts you know.........
what e-book are you promoting???
if its a solid product theres no fear of not getting sales..........
otherwise it should be the problem of traffic..........................

Editing After Viewing Your Site........
Thanks For Sending your site to review.........
I has to say that your niche or the product you are promoting is pretty strange one and your site is pretty daunting...no offense
Your site is not revolving around the product you are trying to promote and make affiliate sales. It is like giving the information which i think your visitors are already aware of..............
Coming to the bounce rate Nowadays all the visitors are fond of colourfull website but your site is lacking that colourfullness.Compare your site to your Product sales page You will get an idea what i am talking about. So what i am talking is Make your site more attractive.so your visitors will stay more time on your money making site
Mobile traffic is very much convertible.According to statistics 60% Visitors will try to buy your products if they find it interesting. One more thing check that your site is mobile compatible............if not that's also the main reason for the high bounce rate if your site is not Mobile compatible make Compatible for mobile visitors.....
Ad there are many thing you can do.Capture the leads of your visitors through opt-in forms and market your products.....
Sky is the limit if you are going in the right direction.......................

All The best...

Thanks for the advice

I PMd you the link so you can check it

i read a bunch of stuff about creating a duplicate of your site that is optimized for mobile and how it can turn all your bouncing visitors into buyers. i tried it out with one site and got a few conversions, but i don't have enough traffic to it to really say for sure. all i know is it definitely helps.

130 click sample is not enough to be worried about. I would say, depending on the offers you are advertising, 500-1000 without a single signup then pull things and figure out what could be wrong. I might do it a little earlier if you are doing purely PPC.

Thanks for the tips, i tried changing the site up a little, still no sales and 200 visits/day now
If anyone else wants take a look message me and I will send you a link feedback would be much appreciated

What is the niche of the ebook you want to sell? Have you properly optimized your site for all mobile phone users?

Where is your traffic coming from? Mobile traffic is probably your main problem. Unless there is one-click PayPal integration, it's usually a process.

I created my first website following the google sniper method and SEO'd it quite successfully driving 130 visits / day, but I am still not getting any sales on that ebook.

You need to give it a bit more time.

Most of those visitors are not going to buy on their first visit.

When those visitors re-visit your site and see that you site is still alive, they may start to consider.

Mate 200 visits/day is important but u should track clicks for the banner
If ur getting 200 UV per day but no click on the banner how is it going to convert?

How many click r the banner getting?
Track all the click for different banner and if it pass 300+ and it still dont convert change the product ur promoting
Track which postion ur banner get the most CTR and tweak it

My bounce rate now is 60% from the homepage. Then there is another page (still my site) which introduces the product. then products get 10-20 views per day after I show a picture of the ebook. Still no sales.

I dont really know how to improve it anymore. I am honestly thinking of simply putting Adsense and forgetting about clickbank on the site.

can anyone take a quick look at my site and tell me your thoughts?

I will PM it to you,

Thanks!

People pay for Ebooks on various factors - Of course it takes some time and good marketing but possible and i think this is exactly what he has - Good marketing of a product that has been credible?

can u please tell me how did you makes traffic?any help pls?

Why not try CPA if you think your traffic is targeted. Use some quick email submit offer and see if the traffic converts. If it dosen't then the traffic is not targeted...that's one sure test.
