Anyone who really believes they're going to make a 36,500% annual return on investment is a complete fool.

Let's see..i give this guy 10k, i make it back the next day, and then another 10k daily forever? Yeah buddy! Sign me up!

Bernie Madoff has nothing on this guy lol.

Yea but imagine if one of those JV investors was actually marry and invested part of his wife and his own life savings. Imagine what the wife would think knowing he just gave away money to a druggie who has 3k worth of shroom. He better have enough balls to tell his wife what just happened. I wonder he will still have balls.

Not sure what you think I stated, perhaps my sarcasm wasn't clear enough.

My point is that the JV under discussion is incredibly fishy and the responses of its defenders are ludicrous.

In other words: I advise people stay far away from this JV and its principals.

OFc your sarcasm was clear to me , 100% clear. Actually i couldnt stopped
laughing and i spilled my monster drink , the common sense is left to the woman. Lol the whole 'must have balls' i couldn't stop laughing, have balls don't be a pussy.lol it almost feels like they are still back in high school, have balls kid your gonna make it big. your gonna make 1k every day on you ROI. I mean seriously though the people invested in the JV will get a very good lesson in their life. I would just take it as a learning experince. I would have been more embarrased ppl just saying how dumb you are for believing that in one of the greatest forum ever. Seriously bh'ers telling me how gullible i aim to believe this if i was an investor is more embarrasing.

Ok, I would like a mod to reveal this guy's IP he's posting from. He claims that he lives near me. Lets see how close he really lives.

- What this guy has said is a load of BS. I don't know him, nor have I ever done '4 ounces of coke a day' - which is impossible - i don't believe anyone has ever had a tolerance that high - that is 112 grams a day!

- As far as the brother and the computer thing, I will try to find pictures of my PC's (had 50 at one point), but if I don't since he claimed that stuff about my brother not being involved - I can get a certified copy of the police report. (JESUS this is retarded)

This is taken from the FCC's website and can be found at FCC(dot)gov/guides/unwanted-telephone-marketing-calls. I have highlighted the parts that pretty much (on the off chance that it's not a scam) make the JV useless and pretty much illegal.

[h=4]Automatic Telephone Dialing Systems and Artificial or Prerecorded Voice Calls[/h]The FCC has specific rules for automatic telephone dialing systems, also known as ?autodialers.? These devices can be particularly annoying and generate many consumer complaints. The rules regarding automatically dialed and prerecorded calls apply whether or not you have registered your home phone number(s) on the national Do-Not-Call list.

Except for emergency calls or calls made with the prior express consent of the person being called, autodialers and any artificial or prerecorded voice messages may not be used to contact numbers assigned to:

  • any emergency telephone line;
  • the telephone line of any guest or patient room at a hospital, health care facility, home for the elderly or similar establishment;
  • a paging service, wireless phone service (including both voice calls and text messages) or other commercial mobile radio service; or
  • any other service for which the person being called would be charged for the call.
Calls using artificial or prerecorded voice messages ? including those that do not use autodialers ? may not be made to home phone numbers except for:

  • emergency calls needed to ensure the consumer?s health and safety;
  • calls for which you have given prior express consent;
  • non-commercial calls;
  • calls that don?t include or introduce any unsolicited advertisements or constitute telephone solicitations;
  • calls by, or on behalf of, tax-exempt non-profit organizations; or
  • calls from entities with which you have an EBR.

So that whole thing about those people missing that money invested on your software...no biggie? Let's focus on the coke math?

you picked the correct points to refute

What points do you suppose he refutes? Debunking the guy's tale about living near him and actually knowing him personally would make this entire story false which would mean that the rest of it is bullshit as well.

Please keep it on topic, this is not about the legality of the robocalling, if you want to post about that you can do it in the JV thread. Lets try to keep this clean as possible.

First off if anyone wants their money back, they can contact me and I would be glad to give it to them asap.

Secondly, and more to the point i think, I am working to debunk this thread as quickly as possible, with HARD facts. Namely, his proximity to me as well as public records related to some comments he made about my brother and the dealings with the court. Those I cannot fabricate. I don't want to tell some story, I want to dissasemble his.

this is fine and all but you're dodging THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION:

what the fuck are you doing with 3000 worth of gooms?

No it would make the part about living near him false. It may not make the fraud false. This entire story could be false, and the money could still be lost to a scam. Although that's an argument of fundamental logic. At the end of the day someone called these two frauds, and neither of them has denied that point.

How many innocent people do you know that go "ah I was called a fraud and my business is in jepordy! - WAIT WHO DOES THAT MUCH COKE?!"

Hey, I just read the entire thread. Sounds interesting but what difference does it make? Can anyone explain?
What serious issues have been raised? Break it down.
I think it's simple. Some have the balls, some don't.
He can't be scamming as we are working on this JV together. I have all the funds and I pay our coders. I am located in EU and John is in the US.
Clearly you still have your balls.
I wonder what happen when your investor pull their money back?

Oh I do forget, there are no such thing as investor can retract their money in the contract isn't?
even when the fact that investor will get their money back in the following day, they still can't pull back their investment?
and the fact that there are no exit strategy for investor despite getting $1m return for $3k investment make thing really smell like a scam.
Invest $3k once, get $1m for your whole life :damnit:

Yeah guys! Don't you know you can't scam someone when TWO guys are working on something together? Geez.
I've seen myself 5 people working together to scam people's money in real life. It's not that hard esp when the target is naive and desperate.
the whole team working together = you can scam the whole country
Do you even aware about "boiler room" strategy?

People believe what they want to believe.
Some of BHWer are hopeless and still looking for the holy grail.
despite all the warning, reminders and alerts posted by other in the thread (including by me with a lengthy post), people still believe what they want to believe i.e. this guy can make you millions by "investing" $3k

There are real business that you can invest as angel investor,
but with $3k puny investment and return of huge $1m in a year?
With such good prospect, I wonder why they didn't approach the corporate guy and get bigger funding

You are all acting like scared children. There's no scam going on here. Get lost trolls. Mods close this down please.
Let's pray that someday someone try to scam you and we all be like "lets wait and see either he will get scammed or not"

Try to follow my logic here, winchester. If I have been lying all of this time, and it was a scam, do you really believe any story I would tell? Wouldnt you want hard facts?

Are you interested in the truth, or some which hunt?

Clearly you still have your balls.

Pretty sure it was meant to be a sarcasm...

At this point I think it is better to get your investor to came here and update about your JV and prove that OP is a fake.
I don't believe scanned document in any way. Supporting document like police report, bank statement etc can be Photoshop and forged.

Please clear this mess up!!!
Asking ALL your investors to vouch is a good start :)

Well thats not gonna work on a BH forum is it. According to my IP I'm holidaying in Sunny Canada right now (EH!) , but FB thinks I'm in LA. It's funny because when I look outside it looks alot like Australia to me. Even my real IP places me 1200km away from my actual location
