read between the lines guys - your money's gone.

You do net get 1 million returned for 3 thousand invested, not today, not tomorrow, not ever.

If something exhisted that gave those kinds of returns do you honestly think that you could find out about it on a forum - for christs sake grow up. (If a return like this was possible and I knew about it, it would only get shared with my closest friends and family)

If the originators of this JV are so smart and successful then why do they even need your money? I make 1K a day online and if I needed 30K, or even 100K for a venture the evidence of my 1K a day would have the banks falling over each other to lend me the money, at a rate of well under 10% p/a. I think I saw him say somewhere he was earning 5 figures a day. if this was genuine why would he even need your money.

THINK ABOUT IT!

Exhibit A: One of the JV partners doesn't even understand the thread. How is he supposed to manage a complex DSL network and send 20 million calls out per day.

I never trusted that JV, and you might very well be telling the truth about everything, and i commend you on that, but i think there is more that you are leaving out. You say your only motive is to stop others from getting scammed? Karma? You seem very internet savvy to not have dabbled into any of this stuff too. If its just that your a good Samaritan only then great, but i cant shake the feeling that your leaving a big chunk out

He's pissed off at his ex-friend, so hes blowing his cover.

mystery solved.

I posted about USAProxyKing's criminal record in his JV thread as soon as the aforementioned record was brought to my attention. He came up with some wild tale about the convictions and no one even questioned the story. People believe what they want to believe.

There gotta be more to him then just that. He knows his way round the forum features, he knows about these methods based on his posts... he might own a small taxi cab company, but he also seems to have some IM in him

Hey, I just read the entire thread. Sounds interesting but what difference does it make? Can anyone explain?
What serious issues have been raised? Break it down.
He can't be scamming as we are working on this JV together. I have all the funds and I pay our coders. I am located in EU and John is in the US.

All i can say is wow. Either you're doing a really bad job of trying to deflect the issue or you're incredibly naive.

I am sorry but there were numerous attempts by bhw members where they were calling out usproxyking, criminal record was pull out. Unknown even argued about the legality of jv more than once, pull out actual laws word by word not some news link. The members seriously deserved to get scammed, for believing such crap.

Another thing I also see very often is that on every major scam that occured here(creed, moneymanzzz, needalead, and even this one), the first page always had a very reputable member vouch, put money on it, or say this sounded legit. As you guys all know most people never bother reading threads that have multiple pages on them, so whenever a member like that is seen posting on the first page of the therad doing one of the actions mentioned above, it would have been enough for a lot of people to invest on the venture.

So ultimately, while reputable members might just see their post in a jv thread as just an opinion, it is also used very widely by scammers to gain legitimacy through their posts. There should be a disclaimer from these members posted under their posts or somethng, because even if you don't want to think about it they are also an accessory to the scam.

Most of the users that invested can honestly tell you that part of them invested was because of the reputable members that vouch, put money in, or just said their opinion of how legit they think the JV opportunity is even if some of them had nothing invested in the JV.

We can put tons of restrictions on the JV section, like the one where you needed to verify your ID with a mod if posting any jv that required money from a jv partner, but ultimately that was ignored. The new restrictions won't do much in place if members don't do due dilligence, and if there is more relatively control over what other members post on the JV instead of posting w/e they feel like on the JV without being held accountable then we would have a much better JV section than just limiting the OP's from posting. Over all i think we are all blaming the OP and the victims but seriously I believe everyone had a part in it that posted ther, just look what happened to Vito he vouched and then he said he had nothing to do in the matter.

I dont know if these guys are really scamming someone or just half ass trying some business idea with other peoples money but here is what I got from him in a PM about his JV. First of all do your home work before you send someone a lot of money. Business fail every day, some work and some dont and that is a risk you take with any business venture. He said he can make 2000 calls per min. That is 2.8 million calls per day. There are only 311 million people in the US.

Out of those 311m 217m are over 18 years old so based on that number it would only take 75 days to call every single person in the US over the ages of 18 so the life of you business ends after only 2 months. This does take into account that there are over 200 million on the FTC's do not call list so now your down to a few days in business. Like I said I am not sure if these guys just have a bad business idea or if they are really just trying to take someones money and maybe he can address all these issues here but everyone in a JV needs to use some common sense. If you think you are going to get rich quick it simply is not going to happen. Yes businesses look for venture capital but at least do your own home work and if you dont do not complain when you lose your investment.

1. I am working on robocalling software capable of making 2000 calls a minute.

Each cost costs us zero. This is the important part. Even at half a cent it would be a small fortune to call millions of people.

2. We will be leaving voicemails on people's answering machines, conducting 'survey's - which is legally specified per FCC rules.

These surveys would be something like "We are conducting a survey to measure happiness levels with car insurance rates" - get them to come to the website, fill out the questionaire and then hit them with a CPA offer.

Doesn't sound that great, until you get to the part where you have 400+ million people you can call in the US - for free - and you start seeing that even if the conversion rate is 1 in 10,000 you get 40,000 offers filled out.

Since we are measuring total income daily to be between $50-100k profit, ROI for every 1% owned should be $500-$1k per day

Draft of agreement can be found at dslnexus.com/profit_sharing_agreement.doc

$10kinvestment - $5000 to $15,000/day
$20kinvestment - $10k to $30k/day

Min Investment is $5k

You are all acting like scared children. There's no scam going on here. Get lost trolls. Mods close this down please.

How anyone could take these return estimates seriously is beyond me.

Amazingly enough people are still requesting information in the JV thread.

Did you read any of the thread? How is it a troll?

My guess? Some people will latch onto a venture as if it's their one REAL CHANCE to finally hit it big.

And if anyone does or says anything that detracts from the apparent validity of the venture they respond with insults and nonsense.

Just consider one of the JV guys in this thread: he said the current investors "have balls." The guys that are worried this ridiculous JV is a scam don't.

You see, testicles are required for you to appreciate the obvious validity of a venture that promises you'll make your five thousand dollar investment back in about 10 hours.

Due diligence is for eunuchs and women.

Yea but imagine if one of those JV investors was actually marry and invested part of his wife and his own life savings. Imagine what the wife would think knowing he just gave away money to a druggie who has 3k worth of shroom. He better have enough balls to tell his wife what just happened. I wonder he will still have balls.

The investors are going to be in for a surprise.. good or bad!
