Having the same problem, 404 msg displayed when trying to login. sent an email Friday about it, have not had a reply yet?
Edit: Also still waiting for reply to my above post about my keywords. Would just like some clarification for peace of mind?

We tend to go on Skype a bit later in the day to be honest, we have sent you an email yesterday so everything is replied to

We ask for the skype for things such as OnSite suggestions, if you are accepted as a client. Could you do me a favor and PM me the email you used, and I'll check that out for you.

Dan/Greg,
I have sent an email late Thursday and one on Friday, One prior to confirming my order and its details and the other about being unable to access the Rank guys site (error message). Also posted on the forum (twice previous to this post) but have not gotten a reply to any of my small queries whilst other peoples posts have been answered promptly. Have also tried adding you on skype at Rankguys. Not sure what the problems is but my messages and posts are going unanswered. Last thing I want to do is keep trying to contact you as I am sure we are all busy.
A quick reply is all I am looking for. Hope someone can provide it.

Hi - Thats not our skype so that would be the reason you wouldn't see us active, please don't show our skype in this thread though as its for paid clients only
Please shoot us an email with your skype, the last email we got from you was Sat, Jul 21, 2012 at 1:31 AM and we resent your details via the server but lets have a chat on skype

Can we just clarify guys, BHW is not the place for site requests or support
All of our business emails and skypes go through me and Greg, if you send a message via BHW (when it actually works) that cuts one of us out and when that happens it takes longer to help you out
