Haven't had much issue with Death by captcha. However, plan on switching over to captcha Sniper soon enough if success rates with it are good enough.
using captcha sniper + DBC = monthly captcha cost cut in half
my sniper captcha rate is 45-50% captcha sniper pays for itself.

Try captcha sniper. there's a sales thread on here. I'm planning on getting it later this week with GSA Search engine ranker.

Another vote for DBC, but good to also have DC in case of downtime. Also saved a lot on decaptcher credit using captcher sniper-

i like to give my opinion about ShaniBPO. i was using DBC for over 1 years and honestly no complain about them. they are good.
Recently i stumbleupon WF ShaniBPO sales thread. they are offering 1k free captcha. so i took the offer and wanted to see how it goes with GSA search engine ranker. i am running 3 big campaign on my VPS. after testing 8 hours, i can say that their service is really good and cheaper than DBC. support is really fast.
i bought 30k capthca and got 25% extra credit. taking advantage of their newly launch service
you can see now i am promoting them because i got 10k free captcha but you have to be a Jr. VIP. so far everything going smoothly.
