Hi, I have been a customer for several months, today, when I loggged in, it said
[h=3]You have no active subscriptions[/h] Please use Add/Renew subscription form
to order or renew subscription.

However, I didn't cancel my subscription on my end. If something went wrong, and I have to resubscribe, let me know, I just don't want to be billed twice. Also, if I subscribed now I would get the new rate, where I should get the new pricing. + I used the coupon before.

Google Checkout did not bill your account... that is something that they do as that is an automated thing on their end.

There are none in your account to start so they must be started... they do not always start in chronological order as that would take out some of the randomness of the system and leave a footprint.

I just submitted a ton of linkpushes for a variety of sites. They're queued out to December =P Can you have them moved up for me? (user:wco12).

TBH I'm slightly iffy on dumping 15 LPs on two of the sites all at once, but I don't have a good way to handle things like "these LPs can all start at once, but these other queue starting today". As it stands I feel I'd have to send you guys an instruction sheet to set all of my pushes up with optimal scheduling. It would be great if I had some level of control over this. I've already read why you guys don't allow self-scheduling, I'm just throwing it out there anyway.

I see that you signed up for the subscription but nothing came to us from paypal last night when you signed up.

Just checked in paypal, it says that the payment to you is completed. No it was not by an echeck.

I just shot a note to Kevin to chase that down as he oversees the PP acct. There is a possibility that there was a disconnect with PP and us as that can happen but 99.9% of the time PP automatically credits the accounts.
