Im just curious, how did everyone get stealth account from PP?

It requires phone verification when registering a new PP account. Where do they get those phone verification?

Finding advice on a thread and responding directly with a answer to the banned OP that does not
even exist are two completely different things. Most people are responding to the OP directly. If
the topic is now " How to open a PayPal question when your country is not supported " That calls
for a new thread or find a thread that pertains to it.

just buy other country proxy and AVS. it will be safe as long as you use it in a right way

I think buying a VPN would be the best solution - some of the people I work with use a VPN.

Well, I see the OP has been banned, still this is the common problem for people which are in countries not supported with PayPal. For frelancers there is a solution with Payoneer, you get their card and a US virtual bank account from them as well. You add/verify the card at PayPal and you withdraw the money to the virtual bank acc, which is actually loaded onto your Payoneer card. You are then able to withdraw the money at ATM.
