I got scammed, Leena made a good call and was very lucky.

My case - i got reeled in by the kid and ignored my gut feeling.

I was an investor.

He used marketing magician - a young kid- to hook me in.
We thought we were dealing with a guy called Andy DeLuca

We signed our contracts registered with RocketLawyer.
The Company was a legit registered company.
Red flags i ignored

1. It was a newly registered company only a few months old.
2. It had a shared office address.
3. He refused to provide a passport copy - obviously he couldnt -his reason being your dealing with the company and not me, but heres my linked in profile and other company.

He didnt pay on the due date.

Then he told me funds were being transferred (this was around the time he was asking Leena for funds)

At this point he got Marketingmagician to ask me for more funds I declined. Then he/she asked me - i declined.

I asked for proof of sending and all went quiet.
Needless to say no money arrived. She doesnt reply to email/skype/or messages left on land line and she is no longer communicating with marketingmagician probably because she is on the run.

As he is continually posting with a signature of: i need 5k in 24hours, she is clearly an organised scammer taking upto 5k from many people.

That is a large allegation against a Jr. Vip... so how about some documentation of your claim? aka, email copies, skype screenshots, BHW msgs... You need to post proof when you claim that someone is a scammer.

@gingerbuzz - You need to post substantial proof before going any further. As mentioned previously, be as thorough as you can. If you don't want to post publicly feel free to forward the materials to me and I'll have a look.

Hey listen. I will be the first to admit that I have been wrong about needalead. I can vouch for everything that article says. I have had a phone conversation with needalead, and the name comes up as "andy deluca" on caller id, and andy has told me that he (or now I found out she) is a lawyer but is not allowed to work in the state of florida. Also, I could tell that there was something wrong with her, like maybe she was mentally retarded or something. I believed everything and thought that andy was a good person. Even if they didn't scam anyone on bhw. If they will do it in real life they will do it on the internet. Think about it for a minute. needalead always is looking for an investor for something, and it's always like $8,000 or something.

I am willing to put my reputation on the line, and say I was wrong. I 100% believe the op

No hard feelings. She got to be a Jr VIP so its sometimes hard for people to understand that a snake has got in without anyone noticing or screaming wolf. But thats what makes them good scammers!

Just think Ponzy scheme and you will understand her system.

She said that her site was down and need someone to get it back, it is a wordpress based one. I got into the server and found that the files had been deleted and only left over the database. I told her that I could make a new theme for the site and use the database to put the site running again.

She said okay to me and asked how long that'd take.

I gave her 24 hours to deliver, and she said that this was fine but she didn't have paypal and could only pay me thru wire transfer, after the job done.

I said ok and started working. At the beginning of our conversation she gave me the server credentials to update the site when I get done, but when I was about to do it, went to server to check some other stuff again, and couldn't log in. The credentials had been changed.

I found that weird. Then I PM'd her -- saying what had happened, and also checked the thread again to notice that some other replies had been added after she had had contact with me thru the skype, stating that her buddy helped her solving the problem.

I got puzzled and PM'd her again saying whether she wanted me to finish the job or not.

No reply up to now and her skype is offline all the time.

Well, I haven't been scammed for her cuz I didn't deliver the job, but she contacted me and disappeared later on.

I'm asking the op about whether he or she is the owner of the domain and the twitter, because this was the domain she gave to make the site for and the twitter I also notice a tweet mentioning this link you put here(stating some crime she may had done).

For what I'm understanding she gave me the credentials for your server and all the other stuff, is that correct?

I know the link you are talking about it appears it is being modified as articles that were in existence this morning have been removed from the site thereby deleting reference to her and the crime.

He said that because for the most part, jr. vip's are trusted members, and threads like this are suppose to be backed up with proof, but as I said in my post, I back the op 100%

When I saw the title, I actually didn't believe it because needalead was one of my friends, but then I read that news story, and remembered andy telling me on the phone, most of the stuff mentioned in the article (with the exception of her being a con artist). So with that being said, you should be able to understand why it was said. Oldsalt also considered needalead a friend, but did not know the things I knew. If I would have never had a phone conversation with andy, and the caller id didn't say the name mentioned in the news article, and known everything that andy said to me that actually collaborates with the news article, and I would have read this thread wihout any proof of connection between andy deluca and needalead, then I also would not have believed it. She had us fooled. Its that simple. Thats what con artists do.

BHW is very fair—it doesn't matter what color your name is, you will still be banned for attempting to scam other members.

The reason Jr.VIP carries more of a "trust" weight is because it requires both a time and money investment to achieve. As goes with human nature, people expect that if you are willing to invest in something, you are willing to protect it. That being said, the mods are colorblind when it comes to judging circumstances like this. All that matters is the evidence and the crime, as it should be.

I think @trapmarketing misunderstood the comment on the blog you put the link. If you are using some plugin to block social media spy like facebook as I am, you won't see this comment, disable this plugin or view the link in a browser where there is no such a plugin blocking facebook comments.

Then you'll see that there is something saying someone got arrested. And @trapmarketing thought it was @needalead.

Do what I said and you'll see what I'm talking about.

The last time I talked to her was on Wednesday, the same date of this blog post. If she has access to this Twitter account: @irebuildcredit any one can see the last tweet that points to this blog post. I'm saying this because she talked to me about this domain name which has this twitter related.

Why would she tweet something related to herself, mentioning a crime? It doesn't make sense, I'm very puzzled.
