I know this might sound odd, but I know that some of the IMers tend to get fat or to get too skinny. BHW is, if you ask me, one of the nicest communities ever. People here have always been helpful, unlike many other forums I have been involved at some point.

I also know there is a bodybuilding topic and that many of you have problems with gaining or losing weight. What would you say if we start a challenge in which we have to change the aspect of our bodies in a limited time (no homo here, lol!), let's say 10 weeks?

After all, it's summer, therefore it's quite easy for most of the people to lose the fat tissue. Obviously, we would have to post before and after pics, and even short journal notes of our training/progress.
As well, there will be no prizes. However, the improvement of your body would be, in my opinion at least, the most valuable prize(in this challenge). So, what do you say?

I guess I've got a 4 week head-start. Starting a new routine this week so maybe I can still qualify?

Very interesting. I haven't worked out in a few months due to laziness and priorities so this sounds good to me!
Currently weigh 155 and I am 5'10.

well I started and weight loss program last week ... but sunday at a fotball game I suffered an injury at my knee and I had to stop the program untill I get better...

anyway I have 90 kg weight and 185 cm height..... I hope to lose around 6-7 kg ,

I will be verry interested in this challenge

I weigh about 235.4 at the moment at 176 cm. I am looking forward to get back at 200.
35 lbs in 10 weeks? Hmm... I think I can!

This sounds interesting. I think the before and after pictures seem a little open compared to the
privacy I like to enjoy. Anyway if this idea could gain more followers it would be interesting.

You don't need to post your face. Just the progress (picture of you holding a paper with the text "BHW Challenge").

I use to workout on a daily basis but I got sick for a month and now I am finding it real hard to get gymming back to my routine :(

All I do is IM, work out, and eat xD

I'm 5''11, 215 lb.

I used to do some amature boxing, and was around 190 lb. Now I'm pretty much just lifting and jogging (eating more). I'm pretty happy at this weight :) Maybe another 5 lb of muscle. I like being bigger rather than being lean/cut.

4 days a week on the weights, 1 day hitting the bag. I jog when I feel up to it, usually twice a week for 2-3 miles.

My problem is with gaining weight, and I haven't been able to do so in 2 decades, no kidding!
I eat 110% full every meal.
I guess it may work if I go all out and eat those mass gainer stuff and workout... but those stuff costs a lot and they lose their effect when you stop taking them.... so I don't see the point.

If someone manages this and keeps a journal of progress and holds us accountable for weekly feedback, I'll do it.

6'5"
225lbs

I spend too much time in the chair and not enough working out.

First congratulations nice body!
Second - i changed my shape by just eating smaller portions and doing 3 mins of exercise a day. Yes i did say 3 minutes. It was supposed to be 5 minutes but i find them so damn hard i havent got to more than 3mins. Anyway it took 2 months for the transformation and i'm still going.
So good luck to all of you who sign up. My advice for what its worth is set yourself a small goal of 5-10mins of hard exercise per day and stick to it. All these people who go out and buy expensive gym memberships/equipment and say they are going to do 1 hour a day are just kidding themselves. But really there is no excuse for not doing 5 mins!;)
