Review
As promised, I said I'd leave a review during order process and after the order has been completed for people thinking about the purchasing.
This review is part 1 - and my order is still on going.
My order has been running for a handful of days now, so I will write a full review when the order is fully complete and 30 Days have passed since I bought from Typlo.
What Was Purchased:
10,000 Visitors in 30 Days + BHW15 Vouchers for 15% Extra Traffic
The Seller:
Typlo himself has been quick to reply to emails and answered quickly and promptly to any queries I've had - on a personal level, he's approachable, knowledgeable and friendly - exactly what you expect from a seller on BHW.
The Service:
The traffic volume is being delivered as promised and I can confirm that my Alexa Ranking has improved in the last few days.
When ordering the traffic you can specify whether you want Direct or Referral traffic - if you don't specify anything you'll get referral traffic. We have purchased referral traffic.
Referrals:
All traffic we've purchased is coming from the tracking domain you receive after placing an order. Typlo puts this down to the way the websites are "advertised" to our visitors, and the fact they use Iframes to serve the content. It does not come from a variety of domain names and websites.
Traffic Quality:
The time on site of the visitors we're receiving is lower than what we receive from PPC/Organic Search. Typlo's traffic stays for 40 seconds, our site average is 1 minute 20 seconds. The pages per visit are somewhat consistent with the regular traffic we receive. However you would expect this to happen when the traffic isn't 100% suited to your site as you'd receive from an organic or PPC visitor - these visitors are interested in your niche, not guaranteed to the product you're selling.
Is the traffic real?
Whilst you can never be 100% sure when you purchase traffic, there's a few good indications that what you're getting is real (or that Typlo is very clever at disguising them as real!).
For example, by looking at your own stats you can see that you're being visited from different IPs, different browsers, different resolutions, flash/java support and versions etc...
Tracking The Traffic:
Before purchasing the traffic, Typlo recommends avoiding script based tracking services (i.e. Google Analytics) as you will receive inaccurate results, and go with services that can be installed onto your webserver such as AWStats.
Google Analytics Reports:
Again Typlo does not recommend tracking with this - but I've included it for piece of mind. GA reports roughly 100 visits per day, some 200 odd short of what we'd expect.
AWStats (and other server side stats):
As promised, AWStats shows the full amount of traffic we should expect to be seeing (bar 1 or 2 visits here and there). There's very little (if any) discrepancies between server side stats and the amount Typlo provides on his tracking pages.
Has the service increased sales?
I must emphasise our website had a very strong conversion rate before placing the order. We have not noticed an increase in sales volume at all, and our conversions have dropped as a result. However - this is not guaranteed or promised as part of the order.
Overall:
Those expecting assurance that the traffic you're thinking about buying are real visitors may be slightly disappointed in that there's no definitive way of knowing - that is unless you were to create an entirely new domain name with zero in bound links, no PPC and use this as your sole source of visitors and see whether you make conversions/clicks.
But as I said before, looking in detail at the traffic you're receiving and the variance in technology you see is quite convincing.
It's also, as promised increased the Alexa ranking of my site (which can be important if you're negotiating advertising/deals with some companies).
So far, whilst only a handful of days into the order - For what I purchased the traffic for, and what I expected out of the order,I have to say it seems money well spent. Right now I'd happily recommend Typlo to other BHW members
Whether I still will after the 30 days remains to be seen. Stay tuned, after the 30 days are up - I'll report on exactly how many visitors I received and what the quality of traffic ends up like.
Thanks Typlo
