Its really too early to determine any conclusion at this point in time. But kudos to OP for starting this case study it should certainly clear up some doubts, if any, regarding the effectiveness of a Scrapebox campaign specially when everyone is talking about Negative SEO without many case studies such as this to back it up.

I'm doing this case study because I am actually very interested in the results. Therefore, I will be completing it.

When you say 100k blast, do you mean 100k live links found or just 100k attempts?

Im assuming 100k live links because 100,000 scrapebox attempts may mean less than a few hundred backlinks if the list isn't very good...

those numbers are getting more and more exciting. I wonder what the longtail keyword will end up with its rank. So far its the only one getting positive result. Will wait till the next update.

Good to see some 'meat on the bones' at last.

If the latest algorithm changes work as they should, the main keyword should suffer and the longtail benefit, but too much of the same related phrase might ultimately cause the longtail to come to grief as well. We should know for sure at round about the one month mark, but fascinating to see the progression up till then.

Great Case Study. I think you will see alot of gains, as I have over and over with my sites, but you are also greatly increasing chance of a penalty. ( as mine were). I'll keep an eye on this.

nice case study going on. I will keep a watch on this thread for result. How many days completed till now during your1st blast?? and how many unique domain backlinks in 100k blast.

I will be testing this on a couple month old site. I will be testing this for a keyword that was already ranking before the blasts as well as a new keyword that was not ranked before the blasts (to see if it helps rank new keywords). Both keywords are easy/medium competition.

your case study is cool and really unpleasant
I have never done these type of huge link building in my money site. I think the higher number and the shorter time is the main reason for not not changing the rank.
