You use a bogus (stolen) PP account... have the product you purchased with that account sent to someone else so they can forward the illegally acquired product to you?

Why would anyone take a risk on this really dodgy deal? Drug barons use "Mules" - looks like this is the web version!

Let me know if what i understand is wrong
my understanding is as below
you would purchase some head phones using a PP and then ask the company to ship it to another location
Once the person in the so called another location gets the product he would courier it back to you
