Do you use spun articles or you write yourself? How do you speed up the approval process on sites like ezine?

I can't speed up the approval process, I just wait.
 
The best way is to get a free tool called SEO PowerSuite and with that you can see the backlinks of your competitors and with his url's, you can create your own backlinks
