When your offline clients ask you if you have an office and where your office is and you dont have one, what do you tell them?

worst case you can just get a serviced office - or rent the conference room for a meeting
or even just set up a mail drop and do the above.

Just give them your address no need to say it is at home even. Don't lie but its not very often it comes up. They may ask where your based and always offer to go to them for a meeting or meet in a mutual place e.g. coffee shop.

Use a virtual office. You can rent out offices for one day at a time, they are already furnished and look like real offices. Some virtual offices even let you use their address.

In my case, I actually have an office, a few actually. Before we had offices, I just told them I worked from home.

I have 6 offline clients, all of them aware I don't have an office. I live in an apartment building and used to put "suite #" in my business address which helps but if asked I just joke about it. When clients ask me about where I work, I brag about the luxury of my job and being able to work anywhere. Swag.

I do run an offline business from a home office (which is basically a laptop an the couch in my living room).

For meetings, I always offer to go to them or if they'd rather move themselves, I offer to meet at the very nice coffee shop at the corner of my street.

If they ask, I tell them I have a home office, why lie about it ?
I actually have no need for an office right now, and as some other said already, working from home helps reducing costs, which explain how you can offer such good prices (don't forget I'm competing with bigger agencies in my city)

Quick tip: sometimes I also say that I don't have an office "yet". The client knows I'm working from home at the moment but this makes him think my business is doing really well and growing as I'm investing in an office (probably to hire some employees etc.)

Cooperate with another company and use their ofc. Clients badly need an office.

Just tell them you work from home and your mobile. There's really no need to have an office and because of it you can keep costs down.

Most don't mind, they just need your services badly and don't care how you provide them.

$2000 a month and I work from a serviced office and I go there once a week to speak to you when you come in.
