It's actually something to brag about that you can work from anywhere and you don't necessarily need an office.
If you have to meet them, go to them yourself, or if they insist they come by arrange to them somewhere decent, someone mentioned a coffee shop or hotel.
It doesn't make it less professional depending on how you look at it/ present yourself. They would actually wish they had the same privilege as you do, instead of waking up to go to a 9-5 job everyday.
