no the program comes with a single pc license but you can move the license to other systems up to 5 times.

I have noticed that YLH has its peak times, but it has lots of traffic indeed. In my point of view its better to let followers build up slowly than faster (seems less suspicious in TW itself!)

And yes there are plans to add more social exchange sites in the near future
