Google dance or Penguin penalized

As the title says can anybody confirm that my site is under google dance or penguin penalized.

Because after tracking the ranking for nearly a month the ranking goes somewhere from 200 to 5, 5 to 400, not in 1000 & vice versa for five keywords.

So please help me to find that my site is google dance or penguin penalized.

Lmfao. How are we supposed to do that when we have no idea what your website is? Your website going up and down could be due to a number of factors.

If it keeps going back, it is probably a google dance. Google did a lot of testing on June 16th and June 22nd, check your rankings and see if these dates correlate with any ranking shift. If you would like me to analyze the sites factors, I have very good tools that my agency uses to figure out if a site is dancing or taking a penalty. PM me, I'll gladly put it through our analyzation tool. Otherwise, it sounds like a dance to me.
