Thing is different users will have different settings depending on their requirements and system setup, so it may be better to create something like a default template that's more specific to your needs.

Yeah of course. I meant that there should be an editable default that each user could set up.
Just create a template project with all your default settings. I'll just use the backup/restore until/if this is implemented.

I had a port scan complaint on one of my vps servers. Turns out there was port scan log file in my list of proxy sources. I took it out and I haven't had a problem since.

Would have to be using the wrong settings. Double check all your pop3 settings or you could try an easy email to use like Hotmail.

I don't think the "Avoid posting URL on same domain twice" box is working correctly. I have a project with a lot of targets and I untick the box. I then deleted the target url history and imported a list of urls that have no duplicates (on the url level). I'm not understanding why "already parsed" messages are showing up when I start to submit under these circumstances. There should be none or is it checking on a system wide basis over all of the different projects?

Well I'm sure there are a bunch of factors and some are out of our control and depends on if the site is even accepting registrations/backlinks, etc. Other then that all you can do is try your best to fill out the fields properly. (quality spintax, etc) If you were to accidentally use HTML or BBcode in a field where the platform doesn't support it, the software will automatically strip it out. A lot of things are taken care of by the software to help improve the success rate but we just don't notice them.

i think i found a bug (or maybe a feature thats not implemented?) when u try to move a group inside another group, it causes an application error in SER. what i was trying to do was create say a group for bookmarks, then a subgroup for each site projects to make it easy to keep organized. can anyone check if the same happens or is it just my setup?

1. I want to set up 30 projects, each project for one domain name.

2. I want to get 50 backlinks per day to each project

3. Each project will run for 30 days

4. At the end of the 30 days each project will have 1,500 backlinks

5. All the 30 projects will run on one VPS with 80 GB diskspace, XEON Virual Processor Dual core, RAM 1 GB, Internet Speed 100 mbps and Bandwith Allowance: unlimited

6. I intend to use 50,000 captchas from deathbycaptcha service for the 30 projects

7. I want to use 25 private proxies for all the 30 projects

What is the right number of thread and Html timeout to set for this kind of projects under setting?

Also, i want you to give me your general advice as regards this 30 projects based on the information
i provided and your experience with GSA SER.
