I've just recently found out that someone is fully copying my content and spins it a lil bit. Even the images that I put and the banner that I've ordered in Fiverr. What's more, he edits the date 1 day prior to the date that I've posted the content in my blog. When I search the blog title of the post I've made, the copied post is ranking 1st and my post is nowhere to be found :(. Can anyone help me please?

What are you doing on this site if you want to play "rat"? Get even and blast his site with negative SEO or something worse. Come on, guy.

Actually you can't protect your website from scraping your content. Just try to build links and win this SEO game

My rankings also fell, I don't have an idea how to do a DMCA complaint. Only Google products can be reported in their help page.

Welcome to the world of competition.
Yeah it's not fair that he's copying your content, but if you give up now,
it's going to look like he was winning the whole entire time.

Here's an idea, don't update your site for a week, instead just work on
building QUALITY backlinks and on-site optimization.

P.S if he's really annoying you, just SB blast his site with crappy forum links lol.

Yes, I've just started to fire up my Scrapebox now and blast it with spammy links. It's just sad that Google can't determine the genuine content from the copied content.

here is an idea,if he is displaying adsense.then you can easily report to google and make his account banned. That will teach him lesson.I did this thing with one guy before.Adsense or cpa ,any type of ads he is displaying just check out.Follow the plan,it works.

I found that it's nothing we can do with this. The only way is frequently updating content. When someone copied your content now: Penguin penalizes YOUR site (Fresh is good like Matt F..k say...). Over time they copied everything. DMCA does not help - there's a lot of stuff.

At least he spins it.. I used to run a men's lifestyle magazine (Which only survives on GOOD ORIGINAL CONTENT)and every day I posted a new artocle, 10 other sites would rip it word for word, pictures headline and all.. and didn't even bother to change it, so I just put my link and always mentioned the name of my site...So it ended up being like a free article submit lol

Well he spins it maybe to a maximum of 10% or less from the original content from what I see. It's just irritating to my side that someone is ripping my work for all the efforts I've done to my website.

Report it to the host, that sometimes works by having his account suspended.

All you could honestly do is DDos, but that's stupid, you can't do anything sadly.

My advice, sack up. Not much you can besides keep on keeping on.

I noticed that the trick he is doing is working on Google. If you change the date of the original content prior before it was actually published, Google will recognize that the duplicate content is the geniune and the other is not. All of my posts were overtaken by the duplicate content in the SERPs as well as the rankings of the website itself.

This is life everyone scrapes its easy, send his hosting company a DMCA, that will put him out of business

He might be pulling contents from your RSS feed. So either disable your rss or add some kind of delay

You can't stop him, if you disable the the feed that won't stop him a DMCA will

if he is running adsense on his site. clickbomb! :)
