How Can I Report a Website in Google?

Your looking to get back at him rather than promote your own site. Changing the date on a post doesnt fool Google! When they crawl it they read it, so maybe your site is not being crawled well? Too heavy? Fix your own stuff to move forwards. Scrapper sites usually are quick to load and crawled often as they tend to be lightweight. But think about what your saying, changing a post date fools Google? :banghead:

Its more likely someone on here so move forwards by learning and promoting not backwards by reporting them and attacking them.

Well I was also shocked but yeah its true. I can give you some details if you want. I am already ranking for several keywords including my main keyword but the dup website has somehow overtook my rankings. Google is literally insane.

Yes it is running adsense. I wouldn't want my revenge that kind of way.

Watermark your images automatically with GD. That will nullify most benefits and may cause him to not use any images at all. If he continues to use them, gradually increase watermark size and visibility to the point where its obvious its from your website. If he's directly linking to your images, you can set up special rules in htaccess to change the image to something else ("this image was stolen from x.com", meatspin, lemon party, tubgirl)

You should also use several links and mentions of your own site to increase the amount of work the person needs to do to spin it and make sure its "clean"
