I bought a site from Hurn a few days ago and it's already at PR2. I was surprised about the domain/keyword because it wasn't anything I would've even considered. Hurn added a few articles, some plugins and a pretty basic template. I am going to add more articles and do some linking. I will try to remember to report back after a month.
Bottom line...this looks to be a great deal and solid as hell. I would recommend everyone to kick down on the $35 (or whatever it is) and just do it. It definitely looks like a good bang for the buck.
