Enough has been said and I'm sure your cup would be already full by the time you read my post. But I just couldn't stop myself from commenting on this thread because I can see myself in you. I am 22 now, couple of years back, even I was in your shoes, which you are wearing now. I had a few friends but they were pessimistic in nature. They had inferiority complex because I used to earn more than them. It was then I realized that friendship is hoax, the best bet is to meet new people. Visit new places and make new "friends". I go for an early morning jog daily, and during this time I make sure to make a friend. You'd say how do you I do that. I just start talking to people randomly, without any inhibitions, and then within minutes we are friends. I sometimes play cricket or soccer with kids, and believe me it's real fun. I have enrolled in a library near my house. Since I am chess player, I make sure to play a chess tournament once in a week. These things never remind me of my old friends, and to be frank, the best friends I have made are the ones here on BHW. I always thought what is friendship and how can we define it. I got its definition when I met few BHW members. It's then I realized "Two individuals are in friendship, when both of them have no expectations from each other, still they help each other when in need without expecting anything in return".
Mate, you're not trying to think how beautiful your life is. Let's analyze your life and your present situation. You've presented all negative aspects of your life, I'll now try to present positive ones.
1) You're earning $100 per day. When we compare this with other guys of your age, then we find that most of them are wasting their parent's hard-earned money by partying, drugs and other negative things. But your case is different. You are a pillar of your family. I'm sure your parents would be damn proud of you. Nothing can be better than making your parents proud by your efforts.
2) You've a Purpose in Life: Most of the people don't have a purpose all their lives. They keep living their life aimlessly. Don't you think you are way too special because despite being just 18 years old, you know what you want to do and where your passion lies. Many guys spend their entire life for finding their passion.
3) You've Money to Spend: LOL... I didn't want to point this out but I just felt to cheer you up. You're 18 dude, I hope you aren't single.IF "Unfortunately" you're still single, then it's high time you got a girlfriend. Enjoy life. Don't let money and success get over your head but at the same time there's no harm to spend few hundred bucks for partying and enjoying once in a month. Set monthly goals, and when you achieve those goals, then give yourself a treat. Dude one more thing, what about your parents. Make them your best friends. Just be frank with your parents and see how much fun you'll have. All the best. Keep enjoying life.
Best post in this thread and probably within the lounge section when it comes to such questions. Very optimistic and with a different perspective, definitely something to evaluate. I will end up writing, not printing but writing this down for myself. Rep +9.
We all get in that rut sometimes. I sold my two favorite e36 m3 coupes and ended up falling into a slump. I spent all the money on rent, food, and pc set up. Ended up being a professional mmorpg player, it didn't pay much and I gained 20lbs over the course of 5 months...
Try to be social, eat a proper diet, go to a gym and exercise even or get a bike or weight set for home. Your body will start to feel better for sure.
It helped me, now I am onto my next crazy venture. Started up my own business photography, publishing and graphic design. Also got a gf...shes a dancer and has a kid but really nice and hot. I had been single for like 3 years from the last ex who crushed my emotions. I learned from it and now things are well...different for me.

Friends are overrated.
I lived in another state and my friends were always coming over wanting me to do stuff for them. I have a rather unique skill set, once people found out, I could never be left alone.
I moved to Florida and I didn't know anyone. After 7 years, I still don't know anyone here, and choose not to. I mean, I talk to my neighbors and go out, but I never get close to anyone or tell them what I do and can do. They'll never leave me a lone.
I love the peace and quiet. I get to spend time with the wife and play video games.

This will probably get my flamed by the goodie-goodie guys 'round here but...trust me experience talking - it is better not to have friends than to have bad or lousy friends. I'm not just talking about the friends that actually aren't your friends and are trying to exploit you, I'm talking across the board sucky people.
Most people you meet will suck, that is a fact. But in order to meet good people who will be good friends you have to process a lot of people, the important thing is to do that as quickly as possible. I'll give you real-life example here.
I, as modest as I am will say that I'm a smart guy. I used to attract the geek-nerd-smart types. You know...the kind rambling on about life, how unfair it is, God, politics and shit like that. I don't like that kind of persona, if you have a problem with something, do something about it, don't ramble on about it forever and ever and ever without doing anything.
I found that self-made nouveau riche are often very smart, the good way but they don't show it for various reasons, I actually found these kinds of people by going the completely opposite way of what I have done before in life. Instead of looking for people that displayed the smart side of them I went for motocross, hot air ballooning, photography and I found really good friends by doing those things, people who aren't annoying, people who have real-life experience instead of having read what life is like in a book.
The point is...you have to look for the right people at the right place but also recognize what is important to you. I can't stand people that don't have ambition and goals, just annoys the hell out of me so I stopped being with people like that and moved onto people that I feel comfortable with.
They say that misery loves company (I know, I know, not in this context), well I think that it's better to be miserable alone than with someone else.
You have the money, do something exciting. Do you like motorcycles ? Get into that and learn everything you can about it, you'll have a lot of pals in no time (provided that you recognize the right values in people).
Fair play to you for explaining your points and not just hitting back looking for an argument as many do. I can take on most of your points of view in the respect these types of situations is not one size fits all.
Just an observation, the OP has not replied to anything. Even so its good to see so many ppl take the time to try and help

Keep enjoying life.This is not true. You can have a income of $1k/daily and not feel happy. Money is not the most important thing in the word. Sure, it's not good to be poor and it must suck really hard, but you cant forget where you came from. If you only have money and cars, people will like you for that, not for who you are in person. Imo money is good to have to be able to reach some of your dreams but it is not neccesary for op. He is already making more then other kid in his age probably, if everything is true on the info he gives out. And yet, he dont have any friends.
