It's not a C&D, it falls under "denial-of-service".

I meant a C&D from the ISP, not YT. Either way, some will just keep blasting until they receive some formal request to cease the activity.

Some will yes, I'm just saying that they could end up getting into some serious trouble.

This thread is useful! Im still following EVERY single post lol, its worth knowing about and though I don't code (or code as well as some people here), its best to know some of this info for future reference when/ if i do end up coding some stuff!
