The VAT includes the taxes in India+ Bank charges + the 4.5% Paypal Fees. We are not selling the proxies like other providers whose prices starts with $2 per proxy, infact we have the cheapest price in the whole market with the quality we provide. I apologize but there is nothing we can do about it. If you don't want to pay us the Vat you can surely take your fat pocket to the other providers. Let me know if you have any queries in the meantime.

It's your government that charges you sales tax. It entirely depends on where you live and what portal you are using to pay. Vendors are required by law to charge it, and it's different for everyone.

Some might include the tax in the price (like "$3 sales tax included" or whatever) but not charging it isn't an option, and knowing what it is in your country or state beforehand also isn't an option either. Individual states/regions/countries can have different taxes.
Here in the UK Scotland and Wales can set different VAT levels for certain products than England.
All 50 US states can apply their own sales tax rules etc.

Some areas charge tax for stuff like proxies...others don't
Fraid it's just one of those things.
Blame your government.
