Yes it's absolutely safe, we follow their rules to the letter. If you want accurate tracking, I suggest using Awstats or Statcounter.

Reg my order I want my refund. Since your traffic is not real human traffic. I am not getting any click through to my landing page. I used to get 75% CTR in PPV traffic but with your traffic 0% CTR. Please stop the traffic and refund my amount.
