Lol. I have liberty reserve account, have not yet used it.
Do you have any specific inquiries on it? It's the best way to go if you're looking to accept anonymous payments online.
Your customers do have to go through a hassle to get money to you... So, it's probably only best to use if you're accepting large sums of payments ($400 and up, I'd say).. And you must have something of high quality that someone NEEDS to get from you. Otherwise, they may not be willing to open a liberty reserve account, sign up to an exchanger, western union the money to the exchanger and all of that just to pay you.

Second, I'm wondering if there are any merchant processors who work as an exchanger... Third, I've been thinking about offering an exchange service where I accept moneypak and fund people's LR accts, since many people are keen on anonymity around these parts, I figure it might be wise for me to test the waters on that.

Ok, let me save you a little time.
Liberty Reserve is the most widely used anonymous payment website in the world (2nd is probably webmoney).
There are a lot of people on this site that use liberty reserve.. and if they dont, they probably will come across it when they need to start accepting anonymous payments or buying something anonymously.
As far as payment processors that work as exchanger... No... Paypal, moneybookers (skril), payza (alertpay), 2checkout.. etc etc.. nobody works as an exchanger.. they only want people using their money, not liberty reserve money. In fact, I've read paypal will limit your account or ban you if you're doing any type of money exchange.
As far as offering an exchange service, that would be a mighty task, but if you build up your reputation, which you know isnt going to be simple, people will use it. Checkout exchangezone.com ... thats an auction website for exchanging money with other people.. So if you're prepared to go up against something like this, and all the other exchangers out there, just know it's a lot of competition.

I use both Liberty Reserve and HD-Money. They're great when you're doing something and you want to ensure that there will be no chargebacks.
I wouldn't recommend getting into the exchanger industry right now. First of all, the regulations will eventually catch up with you and shut you down (especially if you're in the US). Then you don't make very much and there is a ton of competition.

Yep. Its a mighty task indeed. My idea is to stay small, initially just offering to take moneypak- something no exchanger does currently, nor do they seem to have the incentive to start doing. That doesn't mean there wouldn't be demand if the supply was there for the right price.

Actually, no one can send money directly to / from them.. I guess thats the beauty of what makes it 100% anonymous... The dont have any of your info.. Only the exchangers you use.
So when someone says: I sent $500 to account 324j5234 ... no one is going to know who that is. (and they won't know what exchanger you used of course to withdraw the money)
