Iran don't want to destroy Google, they just banned it because Google renamed the Persian gulf. It was a political step from G but who cares about it! The situation is some ppl from the dark-side want to spare false and misleading news anyhow the question is:

But in the interest of accuracy, Rezā Shāh Pahlavi took power in 1925 by overthrowing Ahmad Shah Qajar, the last Shah of the Qajar dynasty (apparently this is OK because he did it the Persian way by killing his opponents). He was the father of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, whom everyone calls the Shah of Iran.

There was no democratically elected Iranian in power to depose. All the US/UK did is cause the elder to abdicate for his SON to take over be in power. This is in alignment with 2500 years of Persian history, where if you wanted power, you simply took it and killed everyone who you even suspected might stand against you, called yourself a dynasty and handed down Iran to your son. As long as the sons could from being killed the dynasty existed.

The real problem is that once they were one of the greatest powers in the world, and they never got over having their ass handed to them by a force of free men 1/10 their size at Plataea.

By the way attacking and sacking and imprisoning the staff of an Embasy IS launching a war of aggression.

Iran was just lucky that Jimmy Carter was President, Democrats never defend anyone but democrats. Historians among you will know why and when those hostages were released.

Nothing's amazing about it.... Most people especially westerners and their grandfathers are thought and probably brainwashed (indirectly may be) to hate Iran (and few other countries) for obvious reason which I don't want to talk about even though Iran is a peaceful country and NEVER harmed any country. Those people are probably waiting (or try to initiate) for Iran to do something that can justify their "next" action.

You seem to miss the difference to internal political struggle and a CIA backed coup, Mosaddegh was elected (more democratically than GWB) and the embassy staff were accused of plotting another coup (which they probably were) yeah lucky JC was president coz GWB would have caused WW3.
