My SEO Blueprint (SENuke, AMR, BMD, Xrumer, Scrapebox)

It makes sense, if you think about it laterally, there's 2 basic options,
1) a page which you have already run one or more cycles.
2) a page that has not had any cycles.

So as an example, for 1), let's say you have a page which you're optimising for the main keyword: 'dog training', so you have the following variations:
dog training
dog training tips
dog training toys
easy dog training
green dog training

And, you've already done 4 cycles for the other keywords, so you would run a cycle with 100% the main keyword, i.e. dog training. For 2), you would run 20%, and so on.

Post Penguin I would take all of them (dog training, dog training tips, dog training toys, easy dog training, green dog training)
and rotate them all in one cycle. And do 5 cycles (with probably even more LSI versions of the main keyword).

Penguin actually penalised anchor text. If you only used dog training, you are a target. If you have dog training, dog training tips,
dog training toys, easy dog training, green dog training and hundred other LSI keywords, you are OK. And remember, I am
only talking about links directly to your money site.

If you read the blueprint you know that neither XRumer nor Scrapebox links are sent to the tier one.

By the way, the fastest way to recover from Penguin "over-optimisation" crap would be to take your sitemap (all
inner pages) and generate 1000 random names mixed with 200-300 related keywords and run like 100K blast
with Scrapebox and XRumer.

You'll get an ultimate diversity of everything all in one go.

I completely get the logic here but surely Xrumer and Scrapebox blasts of that size will create a bigger footprint than the one you are trying to cover up? What would be a safe number of blasts for a 6 month or a year old domain?

Don't blast you domain directly if it's important to you. Especially new domain.

If all goes well, I'll test this theory soon and see what happens

I'm not quite getting this!

One site I had which was always #3 on google for the last 3 years plummeted to page 40 after Penguin and I never used just my main keyword as anchor text - i.e. "dog training". I always used a variation like "dog training school" or "top tips for dog training". What's funny is that I'm still ranking high for those long-tail keywords but got nailed for my main keyword "dog training". Also, too many were coming from a directory blast I did last year.

When I did an analysis in CognitiveSEO, I found that "dog training" was inside ALL of my anchor texts (3 times more than my competitors) - long or short which could be why it was penalized - just a theory leading me to believe that we need to use true LSI keywords and not just 'related words' - i.e. puppy training, canine training tips, etc?

Correct me if I'm wrong!

So, is it too much use of a certain keyword inside of anchor texts, or is it due to the directory blast I did to my money site (not enough variety in backlinks)???

I should also add that my site was #3 for a fairly competitive keyword (40,000 searches) and the only unnatural link building I did on it was with a directory submission blast using submiteaze. I also did manual link exchanges and blog comments, but again never used only my main keyword - i.e. "dog training".

Is article-submission (AMR) still as effective as before in post-penguin?
Sorry, dont got time to refer to the entire thread for updates. Hope you can share your insights. Thanks

Few things to look at: Current backlink profile (do you have enough diversity and enough quality links)? What's your on-page SEO like? Vary your anchor text to LSI/related keywords to not include the main keyword, (e.g you could also use raw URL's and/or business name as variations).

Is article-submission (AMR) still as effective as before in post-penguin?
My experience is that AMR success rates have gone down, and it needs more work to scrape lists.

Hi Cash,

Are you still using the same article distribution networks as in the original blueprint? I use PR Web quite a bit but want a couple of other. Any advice on which one's to go for?

Do you ever Link the cycles together? So that you have 7 small pyramids working as one big one?

This is the thread that never ends,
yes it goes on and on my friend,
Some people started bumping it without knowing what it was,
And they'll continue bumping it forever just because,

Lol this is a good thread it's just that I think it's been bumped almost daily for close to a year now so I though I'd contribute by bumping it again.

Just curious...when you do the additional cycles with LSI keywords, do you keep the same spun article - while varying only the deep link URL (like Eagleshot did)?

I know in an ideal world, one would probably write 5 original articles for the 5 cycles, but is it really necessary?

It remind me one year ago post Panda, when everybody was bitching about articles directories being not effective anymore.

Of course it is effective, if used correctly. Hint: blasting your site directly and leaving it as-is is NOT using it correctly.

There's no such thing as natural link building to Google. According to them links must occur naturally because everybody loves
your amazing content so much (tell it to any e-commerce or online store).

Anyway, I don't want to lie or spread bullshit about Penguin as everybody else. Honestly, I haven't completely cracked it yet.
I have a few sites I run tests on now plus I test a bit of a negative SEO to see if anchor "over-optimisation" can sink the site.
That's why I don't post an "official" statement about Penguin.

The thing I haven't cracked it whether it is actually a penalty (negative SEO tests will show it) or they simply massively devalued
some sort of links or linking pattern and sites drop because of a link loss.

Article Ranks got hit by deindexing so do not use it anymore. I still use Traffic Kaboom and UAW sparingly. Mostly to embed video
and link to key Web 2.0 properties (not to the money site).

Invest in your own little network if you can (can be expensive).

Yes, in a way. One of the strategies I use it to build a small network of satellite sites around the money site (both my
hosted sites and Web 2.0s). Then use a pyramids on them and on money site. This layer can be pyramidised as well.

You can go as crazy as you want.

Thanks for the bump :)

No. New cycle, new article. Actually, if you can get 10-15 original articles for manual tier one, it's even better.
