How can a company know it is 1 computer

Hi all,

What ways can a company see if a lead/sale is generated from the same computer? What if you have like 100 proxies from your own country and make the sales per proxy. That way ip is unique. But do they have other identifiers to see it is same person who makes the lead/sale?

Obviously I would clear cookies/cache/history before making the click and then the sale. And in this case, there are many organic clicks and some sales already. So it is not like 3 clicks and 3 sales.

So, question: What data do they see or is it only IP address?

Yeah, that is one thing I am still worried about. So I am trying to figure that out. If you get $100 and you spend $25 and two weeks later another $25 the profit is still $50.. and it would look more natural.

I never said the idea is new. I am just trying to figure out if there is a chance of making this work.

You got me wrong.. MAC ID is to do with installed softwares.. I mentioned it just to differentiate the depth of info one can get.

In terms of leads.. assuming you are into some CPL stuff then its pretty easy for someone on the other side of the fence go through your details.. impressions->clicks->conversions (into leads)

They could just put your account on hold and actually verify the leads you brought in and could easily ban you or cancel the commissions.

The best way to go about this is to stay below the radar and do it long term. Greed and haste.. often gets you caught

Yeah, you say it's theoretical, but you put candy in a kid's bedroom and tell him not to touch it, you really think he's not going to touch it? So any notion you make of "theoretical research" should and will be viewed warily.

For now it is theory. But yes obviously I might look into this as it does look like a nice way of getting some extra money easily. And details would be real for the lead and impressions - clicks - conversions would still look natural as I do get a lot of impressions and clicks already. Also some leads come in, but adding 10 this way would in no way look strange imo.

I will see what I do with this.

Try using vmware with different browsers and private proxies but they will fuck you due to low conversion, as said above.

Just drop it and move on.
