My Domain has been hijacked

Hello guys

My Domain has been hijacked and unauthorized transfer to some one else without my notification.

On 16th May 2012, i came to know my site is offline so i contacted to my host for the issue, but my host replied me that my domain is pointing to different Nameserver. For that i tried to login into my Domain Control Panel to check the nameserver status but unfortunately i was not able to update the nameserver, very soon i contact my domain reseller executive for the same.I received a message from them saying that it is already been transfered to Dmitry Telepa. (Full information from here:- http://who.is/whois/articlecms.in/).

Even i contact resellerclub.com Domain Support Section, but i received a reply from them saying that to contact
Public Domain Registry Compliance Manager.

I send the mail to my domain regististrar and waiting for their reply.

The Domain http://www.articlecms.in was registered on 11th March 2009 and recently renewed on 1st March 2012.

One more thing above that he is using my work, my content and my database and he added his google adsense publisher id on my script and earning with my traffic and my content

Guys need your help to get my domain back

Which Domain registar did you go with, while first registering the domain
 
Registrar: Directi Internet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. dba PublicDomainRegistry.com (R5-AFIN)
i was registered with this registrar
 
Not a good situation - did they get in through your account, ie username/password or was the domain transfer lock off ? Good luck.
 
Russian Mafia lol. You guys must keep safe your detail acess information. All my passwords are super strong and usually when I download crap from the web I use another pc. I never ever download softwares or anything on my main pc which I use to acess on my servers , adsesne etc.

Yes, I do use vmware image to access all imp stuff.
 
Gonna be hard to get back without the help of the registrars. It'll take a while because you have to prove ownership blah blah blah.

How valuable is this site to you? Honestly? You might be better off starting fresh. Hate to say it but its going to take significant effort to recover the domain. All has to be done through the registrars.

In the mean time, you can still get back at the hacker. Try to get his adsense banned by click bombing, sending paid traffic, craigslist spam so on so forth. Report the spamming to google. Google will ban his account fast.

yes i am from india and i already emailed Directi and Public Domain Register. and waiting for their email, i attached in my email previous and recently generated invoice copy.

Yes bro they hacked my gmail account and turn of the Registrar Lock and then transferred, when this all happen i was on vacation.

Yes, I want to punish him and want to tell Google about the issue, but how and where to inform Google about this ?
He is using my work and content and using his adsense id.

Put this adsense stuff aside. First try to get your domain back as soon as possible.
 
Yes i am trying, i contacted my reseller and asked them to contact Directi, coz when i call up to Directi, they said contact your reseller and tell them to contact us.
Even i mailed to them and waiting for their reply.
 
I am curious to how he got access to your content and other stuff? Did you have a hosting account that he hijacked as well? Did he create a new site and take content and just copy the content from the original site? I am a bit confused by this so hopefully you can clear it up.

It can be very difficult to track down those who take your domain especially if you have no clue who did it or if it was just a random attack. Contacting the registrar was a step in the right direction. Is the domain trademarked?

Obviously the thief has a website up from what you are saying so find out who the host is and attempt to have the site taken down while trying to get your domain back.

Yes, even accessed my hosting account and downloaded all files and database and uploaded to Firstvds.ru host, i even mail them saying that the domain which is hosted on your server, is stolen and it is belongs to me, even i am ready to prove it but i dont received any mail from them.

There is no trademark.
I request, anyone from Russia, please contact to the host, there is contact no. on their main page.
and inform them. It will be a great help and i will be very thankful to you guys

I filed a DMCA with Google Adsense and send them the hacker Adsense id which was added in my hacked site.
 
Emailing won't help , call the domain registrar and tell them if you wont get it back you will take legal steps. ;)
