Magic Submitter Trial Period is a Scam?

Hello everyone,
I bought magic submitter trial one week ago.
Today, i got an message that says your subscription is cancelled.
I can't login on software etc. I sent email to support team for learn what's going on.

I couldn't understand. It's my first install on pc. I've never give my credit card, email details etc.
I bought it but can't use it. It has many educational videos and i haven't got a chance to finish it all.

Maybe it's a system problem, is anyone experience a problem like this?

When I had it it was a weeks trial - so that might be the reason.
Or your CC was declined.

MS might be a bit of a curate's egg, but Aleks is a decent bloke and if you contact him he will sort it out.
Should have contacted them before posting here really.

Theodor_adornor, the truth is, forget about MS. Pound for pound, you will be better off with Zennoposter or UBot. In the short run and long run, you will save money, time and effort.

Yes, Alex is a decent guy. I bought the Magic Submitter trial and thought I had cancelled it (actually I hadn't), but on the first day of the next month I was billed. I sent him an email that day to ask if he would kindly refund me as I wouldn't be using it for that month, and he promptly did. Stand-up guy. (Btw, I didn't cancel it because I thought the software was bad or anything like that - I was just working on other projects so I wasn't going to be using MS that month).

I used it a few months ago and it actually lasted five weeks for me.

The trail actually lasts more than a month actually (around 5 weeks). Olex is one of the best guys around, down to earth and helps you every time.. I am one of those who bought two licenses at the time of release for $300 per year (which is not available now). After one year I got billed again, and I asked him to cancel one license and issue me a refund, without second thoughts he cancelled it. He implements every feature request in the next updates. He is one of those developers who gives top notch customer service.

I love UD too and an extensive user, but in UD you don't get the same kind of support as MS is. Just contact Olex, he is online at the moment, he might help you out.

Actually, i wrote to him.
He told me every details about situation... I know, he is right. This is my first time usage but, cancellation process is not related with me...

If anybody understand me in wrong way i'm sorry for that...

I dont think they are scam i used it few months ago and it worked well . although i discontinued the subscription as i found it has a big leaning curve

Off topic. Does Magic Submitter loop and sign up to as many as you want accounts and post to all those accounts? Or is it like SEnuke where you just post the the 15 sites per account?
