Yes they are readable as spinning is done manually by a UK native speaker so they don't read like one click auto spins. Our precaution with this new network is the content. Shitty content got networks discovered by google bt not with this one. We also give each domain unique c-class ip and unique name servers and we use 3 tlds .com/.net/.org so no footprints.

This can be used with English keywords only. It won't hurt new sites as we have dripping for any number of days you want (usually 3 weeks).

200 links are not too much for one url and spreading them over multiple urls will split the value till it becomes too little. There are other (more bulk) links that you can use as tier 2/3 where volume plays bigger role.
