I have a site that runs on CPM, its not google adsense, its an indepenant adnetwork. I noticed you said the referral for your traffic comes from one place or source. Wouldn't the ad network be able to track where the traffic comes from thus negating my ad revenue? Or do most ad networks just count impressions and not the location?

The referral is our brand-free stats tracker, which has no link whatsoever with us. It would be like seeing a URL shortener like goo.gl or bit.ly. So it won't harm in any way your revenue.

We can't setup a specific time for a campaign to start, but you can manage and pause your campaign at any time via the control panel we send you.

It's hard to estimate as the results will differ from one niche/website to another. Most clients report conversions from 1 to 5%.
