I'm not 100% sure, but it sure does seem it. It'd make sense because you're leaving your webpage, it'd also probably hurt Google's Spider because it can't wait the 5 seconds and click skip (I don't believe JS is enabled with Google's Bot either.)I read from another forum that using adfly in your pages affects your ranking because google robot skips it.
