Hi, maybe i did not see on the sales page but, we can only upload to a youtube account? Or is it possible to donwload to pc and upload to different video websites?

You can direct upload to youtube and also can download the video to your PC and then upload to anywhere you want. Video creator owns the copyright of the videos s(he) makes. So there will be no copyright issues either

Images can't always be royalty free though. I watched both videos. Do these things make a royalty image okay in Youtube's eyes?

TuberPro can be used for any purpose. We haven't really tried YT partner program with it as we have better ways to monetize it like CPA, CB products and Amazon.
There is no chance to get asked by YT about ownership because the video you will create will be 100% unique in every way. I have never been asked by YT but i think they ask for ownership data in case of copyrighted video materials like audio, image etc. We have a library of royalty free audios to use with videos.
TuberPro doesn't ads tags/keywords automatically. But we have a guide included as bonus with the subscription, which will teach you in detail keyword research, seo and video marketing tweaks step by step.

Using copyrighted images haven't caused me any problem yet. TuberPro processes images and creates a totally different version of the image. Most of the time you can get royalty free images from Google Advance Search option. Google advance search has an option called "Usage Right" which is totally awesome to get royalty free images in few clicks.
