But I really cannot be bothered to go and make 20 accounts on different sites.

Luckily, I found some guy on fiverr who will do it.

The content on all 20 web 2.0 will be unique.

I know for a fact the account are made using bots, but I will be posting articles manually.

So is this white hat or black hat?

Use of bots is black hat, as it speeds up or automates artificial backlinking Google already thinks is against its rules. And any strategy that circumvents Google's slaps, de-ranking or banning is black hat, because Google thinks IMers are never supposed to slap back.

This is not even true for that. Mass scraper will scrape your content and you will never appear on search results. They also prevent you to put your link out anywhere ^^ So in the end only way using adwords ^^ Unless with using your brain, you defeat google.
