don't know what product u r selling, but probably u could search for a cpa offer that offers a similiar product to indonesia(or international) costumers.

There is quite a few international offers on neverblue, maxbounty, ewa, and others cpa networks. Maybe find a product on CB and try with that ?

ammmm my opinion is that mobile offers convert really good in non-us countries, but I had really a small sample on US tho. so dont take my word if they convert on US also

just use indonesia local ads publisher, adsensecamp or other
