I think that would depend upon how far negative Penguin considers your site. However, from what I've read of this service and from what I've read from the OP and his other posts, I consider this to be one of only 2 services that I would consider to be very safe and pretty much guaranteed to move your backlink profile in the right direction.

With that said, I haven't received my report yet but I am very much looking forward to it and plan to order more once it is received.

I had many sites ranking for competitive keywords that are all in the tank now and I need to find some new services to use that work on post-penguin sites.

Reports will be delivered in 2 days. The TAT for the orders are 12 days and we are definitely ahead of the schedule despite only having 8 days passed for the oldest order.

I agree with MBW007. This package isn't something that is going to give you hardcore blackhat juice. Instead, this is one of the safest packages you can give to your site especially since it is coming from web 2.0's. This can easily be your tier 1 which you can use as funnel sites for your other types of links.
