Need help with adding funds to Paypal account

Hello. Im trying to add 70 dollars to my anonymous paypal account with a moneypak. The reason is that I want to make an anonymous web hosting payment. A few months back I was able to add funds to the paypal account with a moneypak with no identity check. Now when I try to do it they are asking for ssn etc..I guess they changed the rules. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I made a legit paypal account by accident yesterday although I'm permanently banned by them. I used an unknown email, unknown phone and claimed I had no paypal account when making a paypal purchase with my real CC#. I was pretty surprised because I wasn't trying to do that although I can definitely use it and didn't want to do fake it. Phone number was fake. Changed one number.

Well I want to make the payment anonymously so that would defeat the purpose. I was able to add $50 from the money pak a few months back. Now im reading that they changed the rules & ssn is needed regardless of how much money your adding.

The reason you want to make a anonymous payment is because you did before? I don't think this is the real reason, no need to lie to us about things we are here to help. If by chance that is your reason it's not a very good reason because it's not benefiting you at all.

I think you misunderstood. Im making a webhosting payment using false info to be anonymous so I want the info in my paypal account to also be anonymous. Not sure what you mean by lying to you lol
