Do you guys think TBS is still a good investment after the latest penguin update?

Nope... in my opinion... i need to renew my license soon, but not gonna do it...

Well, lets say we avoid one click spinning ... and do a little bit of manual spinning with the help of TBS -- do you think it's worth it then? I might just get the free version of SpinnerChief then and do some manual spinning with it.

i say we should give any purchases a rest until the top IMers can figure out the extent of the penguin update so we can make a clearer choice.

ive stopped all backlinking until i see a green light

Its still worth it. I use it for all kinds of things besides article rewriting (which I never use it for anyways).

Of course it is!

But it is only as good as the user.

If you don't know how to properly spin, the effectiveness of TBS will be greatly diminished.

Conversely, if you know how to spin, the sky is the limit.

So blasting to article directories with AMR will still work?

Definitely. Use it properly by spinning READABLE and GOOD QUALITY contents, not garbage content. I have preached again and again that garbage content pointing to your money site will actually pass on only a little or a decreased amount of link juice in the long-term when you mass submit to directories, blogs or whatever you submit to because of:

1. Higher chance of being denied (especially for directories)
2. Higher chance of being edited or simply removed for bad content (wiki links, blog comments)
3. Poor when it comes to latent semantic (because the nearby keywords near the keyword are garbage and non-relevant whatsoever due to the auto spin not finding the right synonyms within the context)
4. Have a hard time getting the right keyword density in the content for short tail or long tail because they might be affected with the auto spin feature.

But if you decide to produce EPIC content, you are increasing the chance that the outputs will stay for a long, long time.

No, AMR faded into the IM landscape long ago; its just that it has taken a lot of AMR users longer to admit that fact. People are still buying AMR lists, only to do a do a number of runs and check their work two or three weeks later and realize that they have a horrible success rate.

Mind you, it is not AMR's problem. Nor is it a problem with article marketing. The issue stems from the site owners. At one point I had around thirty WP article directories in one of my private networks. Once AMR users started hammering those sites and the sites started red lining CPU usage and inodes, I made the decision to pull them because they were not generating revenue. Many site owners did the same thing. They switched from the resource hog WP article directory to some other platform or to something that had nothing to do with an article directory.

That's not what my results say. I've ranked sites to the page 1 IN THE FIRST MONTH by using AMR alone. It is because of two factors:

1. Quality of uniqueness of outputs
2. Quality of content of outputs
3. List of article directories

These sites are still in page 1 and have taken 2-3 SERP jumps EVERY single update Google implements. With 2 solid blasts, my SEO service site for our country is already ranking page 1 for 19 keywords and page 2 for the other 2 keywords. I hardly call that a fluke at all.

Well In my case I rewrite an article via TBS and use its first 3 copies for my lower tire of web 2.0 .. Dont use its content to direct link to my money site..

I agree! You just cant use the one click spin method.

Any link to a guide to learn "proper spinning"?

Spin words on each of the following levels and you will be absolutely fine:

1) Word level
2) Phrase level
3) Sentence level
4) Paragraph level
5) Article level

Doing 1-4 will set you above standards of now. Doing all five will set you up for the long term.

Yeah, spin it to readable and good content, that's the key here. One click spinning isn't good enough now...

Yup Its still possible to make it work as long as the content is readable.

Although just to be safe I would wait for the more feedback from others who are going to try it before you jump the gun, May save you some $$

That is the most stupid thing you can do, you're breaking your link pattern by stop and starting, that's not a natural linking pattern at all

As soon as you start linking again you get those flags right up and it's much harder to avoid those flags at the moment if you standing there with ya pants down waving a white flag saying "google I'm sorry"

read-able.com is a good site to test if your Content is spunned well. Try to get a Flesch Kincaid Grade Level of 12 and above.
