[TIP/Method] Using Twitter to Rank + Making Money in The Process (Bi-Winning)

I was suspended when I use tweetadder tool. What should I do ?

The only problem I have is scraping twitter followers. I can not seem to find a way to do this easily, especially not with twitter accounts that have 5K+ followers... Any ideas?

You can use TweetAdder - It is available for free on this forum. PM me if you need anymore help.

I made about 30 replies manually, 33 follow daily using tweetadder and My new twitt account got banned in one day. Any tips?

How did you generate the 4000 tweets? did you scrape the tweets? Please tell us. :)

Your account is new. Let it age a bit. Then slowly start increasing your productivity. Ex. - Follow 5 people a day, see if it's safe, go to 10, etc.

My method doesn't require following anyone though.

I created 1 spintax tweet that yielded 4000 unique tweets. this was done in tweeetadder

I like the method. Thanks for it, knew the @reply thing but didn't know about
SERP ranking. I have tweetadder but how do you generate @reply?
It can't be done in tweetadder. I am stuck on this part. I have niche user ids.
Manually creating it would be a lot of work.

I use TweetAdder to generate the tweets and then I use Tweetattacks to turn them into @replies

NOTE: This is still working for me after the Penguin update - better then before, actually.

Hi,

how is your ranking ?

I have read from most case studies that with twitter links you can rank for a while but then you start to fall off the front page.

Either way, good share :) Scale up if it works ;)

That is very true and a good point to be made in this thread. You can't just send out 1000 tweets and expect to rank. It needs to be sustained. Velocity is key here. I have been able to stay on the second page (spots 12-15) for an EMD using nothing but this method. I send out about 200 tweets a day from new accounts on unique IPs. It was never my goal to use this as an SEO tactic, nor did I intend to rank my site, so the site has no other SEO. I am about to do some SEO work to see if that will push it to the first page.

I think this method works well combined with other tactics. It is dangerous to put all of your eggs in one basket and rely on one SEO strategy, but this method definitely has a positive effect. Google is starting to value social signals more and more, and this is a great way to appeal to that.

So, in short, this method works well still, but you should maintain consistency and apply it with other strategies as well. hope that helps.

I might be missing something but how does this help your ranking since your using shortened urls? Doesn't that mean the search engines wouldn't pick up your actual website name therefore not giving it any juice since its a shortened link?

Url shortening services like goo.gl create a 301 redirect which passes on the link juice

oh I didn't know that! Only problem with goo.gl is that shortened urls can easily get banned. Do you know if bit.ly passes on link juice?

I'm not 100% sure. You can look. Like I said, I used a ton of shortening services because I was promoting an actual CPA offer through my tweets. My inital focus was not SEO. This is a good support for a preexisting SEO plan, however, it shouldn't be your only plan.

Research url shorteners that pass on link juice if you want to find out more about it.
