I'd better that you give a warning and ask me to upgrade in 2x24 hours than suspend the account. Had a bad experience with other VPSes in the past when PHP got stuck because MySQL is busy and CPU spiked up to 150% for a few hours. That resulted in a big down time when I tried to get my data back and migrated to another server.

Do you have a private network so I can setup an external memcached without going to public interface?

Also, do you have a demo account or screenshots of your control panel?

audioguy,
Once a user is allocated a certain amount of cpu power he/she can not exceed the amount of that CPU power hence other users are not affected. So, whatever CPU power you get, you will not be disabled for using all of that.

> Not by default, however you're free to setup openvpn and listen on the tun interface rather than the publicly routeable one

Ok, can confirm it is transfering at 1-6 MBps, that MegaByte, not Megabit.

Quick question, i love the service but would also be interested in a windows vps for some projects i am working on...do you have the option to set those up?

- Can you migrate webs from another VPS? I currently have another provider.
- What's the difference between fully managed and unmanaged? I'm i going to have full support? Example: When my webpage goes down for some reason or for the first configuration?

We have ordered a few nodes and they're being setup for the windows platform, we will soon be launching the windows vps service. stay tuned to the thread.

Hello,
- Yes we provide migration from other vps providers over to ours.
- the difference between fully managed and unmanaged is that for unmanaged we only provide support for technical server issues but will not provide support for software/3rd party applications. It will be your own responsibility to install, setup applications & scripts etc.
Managed vps servers come with full support for everything including scripts installation to server side issues.

What support to expect in Unmanaged VPS:

Billing Questions
Root password resets
Reverse DNS assignment
The physical server that hosts your VPS - Power, Ping, Hardware, Uptime, and Performance
The VPSLink Server Control Center
Configuration changes that must be set outside of your server, like hostname and resolver configuration
Access problems such as inability to login via SSH - we will troubleshoot until we are able to login

What support not to expect

Issues related to the performance or uptime of an individual VPS account or application.
Installing applications not available in the control panel or OS Initial installation.
Troubleshooting or configuring any software.
General help with Unix or server applications.
3rd-party control panel installation, configuration, or troubleshooting.

Yes it can handle pretty much everything as we do not oversell. Our nodes are capped to 15 users per node.

I'm looking for something around the range of 200-300gb HDD and 2-3tb of bandwidth for some copyrighted content. We have a current hosting in Netherlands but it is rather slow and the support is horrible.. Is there a way we can work a deal out ?
