You've got a long way to climb. Learn how SEO work first instead of relying on these "tricks". I'm pretty sure that involves a lot of reading. The BHW forum has a lot of resources and infos for you to read on.

First things first, be plausible. A week or less? People take months to rank sites. Chances are if you are asking for "tricks" to get to the top, you don't possess the skills necessary to do that (no offense).

Just read around the forum. one "trick" will not work. you need to combine methods. Trial and error will be your best friend. Not all sites rank the same from the same tactics.

Learn how to do backlinks here in BHW and take action. See what do works and make your own backlinks plan. Of course you can hire freelancers here to do the work and see what works =P

man, seo is not winning the lottery, only there you can make a lot of cash in one week or less. SEO takes time and effort, there are no easy tricks because if they were everybody would use them. that's basically what this whole forum is about learn how do grow your site, just read around.
