I'm new to this site but not to business and I can say without a doubt it has been a pleasure using Yachi's services for my site.
On her pricing and customer service:
First off, her quote was the best for what I needed and on top of that she went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my site what it is today. I can honestly say that without her patience this project would be a mess. I'm a demanding customer and not once did I ever feel like she was frustrated or aggravated with me, she's a pure professional.
On her graphic design/coding skills:
We had already built a website in flash and just needed a conversion to HTML, Yachi saw our site and could have easily recreated it but instead she pointed out KEY factors that we overlooked and sent us a fresh design that was much better than originally had. Then she went ahead and built us a cool shopping cart feature that streamlined our entire order process. Just all kinds of win...
On her communication:
Yachi is very accessible. She offered to either skype, gchat or speak with me on the phone. I prefer gchat so it worked but when there was an issue and I needed to speak with her, she jumped on Skype with me even though it was after business hours where she lives. It was a huge help.
To sum it up as you can see we're really happy with her work. I've already referred her to a few friends and have no issue at all singing her praises here. She's been invaluable to us and we'll definitely use her again.

Yachi did a great job on our site. We got the design/css package + logo design. Turnaround was quick. She had a mockup within 24 hours and 2 other pages done in another 24. Whole process took less than a week with a few tweeks.
At this price, I don't think you can go wrong with Yachi! We already have a few more projects lined up for her.

and I have a small WP job for a client at the moment.
Honestly I am just looking for someone reliable / with good quality work / and can work with us.

Let me preface this post with "I am newish to outsourcing".
My Experience -
Pre-Sale: Communication was quick and all my questions answered in a very timely manner.
Post-Sale Working: I figured I would give 3 days and follow up. Sent PM did not hear anything back 1.5 days later got first sample.(Did get nervous on the slow response but she came through).
Adjustments: I asked for an adjustment to which she made the same day. I felt maybe it might have been a touch lacking but... For 25$ compared to the high cost of other graphics out there I don't know that I have room to feel to bad.
Overall Prod: I can say that I am happy with it but will be adding some of my own adjustments to it. I have just run out of time to ask for more adjustments as in something a touch more than font and color....(my fault).
Sellers Attitude: I actually had my bank ***** change the name and terminate my old accounts which fubared my payment to her. She kindly told me that she had an issue which in turn actually saved my ass. My hosting service was about to terminate along with a few other very important things. She understood and did not chew on my to hard. lol
Overall I think anything negative pulled from what I said here can be somewhat blamed on me and my first experience asking for graphics. She certainly does deliver and I don't think you will find anyone out there to beat her prices.

I ask for revision after revision, and they weren't even big things, very little things that the human eye can barely notice, I just wanted to perfect them since it was a site for a picky client...ME! I found this thread after a mad dash for a WordPress designer. I had a client that needed a custom WordPress theme ASAP. He had a very specific design in mind and is a very picky client. Even with the time difference, my first email to her was answered almost immediately. Her prices were unbelievable, almost too good to be true. I sent her the details of the project and she said I would have a mockup within 24 hours.
She met every deadline she promised, and replied to every email within minutes. The client wanted quite a few rounds of very small revisions. She understood everything perfectly and made the changes exactly as requested. The project is now finished and I'm extremely happy with her work.
I am SO glad to have found such a high quality designer to work with. I am excited to get more projects and work with her again. Very highly recommended!
