A new site = 24 hours to 3 days. A new site post = 5 minutes to 3 days.A spammy backlink = 3 days to never.A HQ backlink = 24 hours to a week.Thats just my experinece.

Depends on how old is your domain and if the page has unique content. If your site is being updated with new content periodically you usually get your pages indexed faster.

If it is a brand new website then it will definitely take longer.. I have had it take up to a week just to notice my domain being search as www[dot]sitename[dot]com

But as time goes on and if you frequently post new content, then your indexing rate will increase. If you are using WP then try downloading cbnet ping optimizer.. make sure to limit excessive posting. This helps out a lot.. and if you get a good pinging list, you can put it in the designated section in your wp back end..
