WE use juicyads and it is THE LOWEST paying network that we have. Total garbage IMO and they charge crazy payment gateway fees ($5 + 2% for PayPal !!!!).

Nothing buy problems with juicyads. Ads were not showing once for 3 days due to a scripting glitch on the network. I would not recommend that network to anyone!

Juicy is one of the, if not the best paying networks in the adult industry, as well as the most reliable/trustable.
You will find it very difficult finding anything that pays better.

It seems to me like you are very new in the adult industry.

Also, ppc ads on a tube with a few k uniques/day simply won't earn you more than a few bucks, unless you are pushing half a million uniques a day.

If you want to earn money in adult, the only proper way is to get into smaller niches, and get high quality traffic to that. The days of having a bannerfarm and earning big bucks are long gone.

Some cam programs are even converting 1/15000 with google traffic, saturated to hell.

You realise the money comes from actual BUYERS on juicyads and you can price your traffic yourself, right...?
Incase you are using fillerads then you will obviously not earn shit.

You want real money you sell ads slots directly, you dont go through an ad network that takes commissions and charges out the a s s to withdraw money.

Bottom line is juicyads is a total joke and the only sites that make money off that are ad farms with no quality content.

That's more than a few bucks. $20 on a low end and very little of that comes from juicyads.

Im not saying the 6k uv numbers on a tube site a high, but what is high is the 90k pageviews and im assuming that these numbers are from tier 1 countries in this estimation. the 90k views a day equal to a $0.66 cpm which is achievable with a tube site in monetized extremely well, I had a look at his site and noticed a lack of ads so he has potential to triple the ad numbers.

Well thats not good to hear from your side but in my experience they paid me on time everytime and were the highest performing network with the best reputation in the industry.

Maybe you could also look into what the major tube sites are doing to make money and replicate it, which you will notice they are all into the cam affiliate or run their own cam site. You could do a trial of this for a week and see what your potential revenue could be over the month, trial and error is the key to monetization.

What would you do, specifically, to our site to increase revenue? Just more ads? Where else should be put them. I thought we had a lot of ads compared to other tube sites.

I would put ads in the header as this will create an even bigger allusion that the first line of tube thumbnails are actual videos instead of advertisements. I would put ads on the left sidebar as this is an optimum location for ads according to almost every ad heatmap available on the internet, also do the popunder technique i mentioned in my first post along with a linkbucks full page script to convert links into intermissions pay for every pageview approx. $2 cpm. You have so many options but you must choose whether you are taking your site into a business route or a user optimized route.

OMG so much experts in adult here. In fact, if you really make with general adult 6k a day traffic 20-30$... you are doing absolutely great. It is true that you can make more in adult, but only with very targeted traffic. I have such sites, but it is EMD on second place in google for one of the most popular solo models. For general traffic these are pretty amazing numbers.
And 1$ per visitor? There was times when adult was easy, but it really was never THAT easy, 1$ per 100 visitors would be absolutely great...

6k/day tube traffic is not too much,also you only have 40% usa and 60%ish tier1 traffic,that is a problem,with good ad placement you might get click,but you will not make sales.You have to edit your mainpage and place more ads,i suggest you get a sidebar as well.

We tried pay per signup cam ads and didnt sell a single membership over a 4 month period.

Originally that was our main form of advertising as that is what we always saw on other tube sites with Live Jasmin popups and Adult Friend Finder banners.

We were making good money off of AFF as they originally paid per click and they gave a like $1-$2 per free signup. But in their TOS is states that you must have like one paid memebership per like 20 visits or they can convert your account. Well, we got converted and basically spent 4 months advertising for free as no one signed up for a paid membership and when the account got converted they took away all our PPC earnings.

Cam programs didnt make us a single penny.

I suggest signing up for a CPA network on top of the adsense, $20 for 6000 unique visitors is a bit low.

Screw cams, they are hard to convert. Try plug-rush as you can use for traffic trades or make money as you set the percentage. I also made a good chunk selling ad space with juicyads. I'm sure this is illegal now but i created a pop page with a plugrush widget and made really good cash with it back when i had an adult site.

20-30$ with 6,000 unique is complete shit. The traffic isn't targeted correctly, or you don't know how to monetize traffic correctly. What's your URL? If you're curious about some ways to make more, post it so we can see what it looks like.
