hate to jump in with a total n00b question but, is there some sort of tutorial or "how to" to get Forum Bot up and running? Basically just an explanation of the settings tab would do wonders!



ON the Profile URL - im assuming this is the BIO?
1. How long do you recommend the characters for this field so that it fits all the default forum list? Because i want to mix up some content here.
2. Is it possible to do more than one url here? Example please. - Because i see that when you test it spins per line.

On the Signature:
1. What format is applicable to this field BB or Html anchors? Example please.
2. How long do you recommend the characters here so that it fits all the default forum list.

On the Message:
1. Where in the forum would this go? Newbie section maybe? the hi and hellos?
2. I see it has a title, is this reply post or a thread creation post?

Profile screen:

• Most forums allow you to enter your website and the keyword and this is what the URL screen is for. You will have to enter your webistes in the following format:

  http://yoursite.com##{keyword1|keyword2|keyword3}

[FONT=&quot]You can use as many webistes as you like, just enter 1 per line adn forum bot will randomly select them while updating your profiles. This screen also allows spinning so you can use as many keywords as you like.[/FONT]



Signature screen:

• In this screen you an enter your bb, textile or html codes. The most common code used by forums is the bb code but this can vary from one forum to another.

These can also be entered as one per line

The Message screen:

• This is used by the post option. It posts a new message to the registred forums. It supports title and body spinning. After you set your message you can hit the test button to see the outcome. See the example below for refference.

Also, has the original forum list with this software been updated at all since the last release?

How does this software handle complex CAPTCHA which uses a combination of CAPTCHA and human verification questions?

As Mike said above, 2.7 is ready but not launched officially. Tests worked out fine and everyone who is a customer is eligible for the update.

Just email Mike at license[at]forum-bot[dot]com and he will set you up with the new version.

Well, you can buy it via paypal. We have changed to Plimus but you can still buy via paypal. Just scroll down and you have the option to select credit card or paypal.
