Hi all.
I have a fairly new Amazon Affiliate site which is currently sitting midway down on page 2. The problem is that it's one of the product pages that's ranking, not the home page itself. The home page isn't to be seen, but there are a few other internal pages littered within the top 4 pages of google based on it's keyword, which is an EMD.
The listing on page 2 has already seen a drop of a couple of places in this past week, and from what I have read new exact match domains can sometimes show high to start with but then start to drop down. The keyword itself is of medium competition.
My question is - Am I better off building some quality links to the page that is currently ranking to see if I can keep it up and push it further, or just to the general URL? Or does it not matter either way?
Thanks.
